    Shipping dates are provided during checkout and are intended as estimates. These dates do not account for handling time or inventory status, which may affect actual delivery times.

  2. Handling & Inventory
    Our team works to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Please note that processing and handling times may vary depending on order volume and inventory availability.

  3. Warehousing & Fulfillment Locations
    Orders are fulfilled from one of our two distribution facilities depending on the product ordered:

    • Our Canadian warehouse

    • Our U.S. warehouse
      The warehouse location for your order may affect transit time, as well as duties and taxes charged by your country’s customs authority.

  4. Duties, Taxes, & Brokerage Fees
    Unless otherwise stated, all import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set and collected by your country’s customs agency and/or the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx) and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. EPOXY54 does not control or profit from these fees. Refusal to pay these charges may result in your order being discarded by the carrier without refund.

  5. More Accurate Lead Times

  6. Shipping Rates & Options
    Shipping rates and available options are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address. Additional charges may apply depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  7. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been shipped, if applicable, you will receive tracking information via email so you can monitor your package’s progress. Please note that Canada Post Small Packet Ground/Air shipping methods do not include a tracking number.
