Why EPOXY54 is the difference-maker

Every other part in this kit addresses the rotating assembly, but the block itself is still the weak link on an N54. The factory open-deck aluminum design is well known for flexing and cracking under sustained high boost, and the traditional fix is expensive machine work like sleeving and decking the block. 

EPOXY54 solves that without a machine shop. Our two-part epoxy system reinforces the open-deck architecture to closed-deck level strength, right in your garage, with no cutting or machining required. Paired with the forged rotating assembly and upgraded bearings in this kit, you're covering both of the things that actually take N54 bottom ends down at high power: rod and bearing failure, and block movement.

This kit ships standard with stock bore size, stock piston compression ratio, and standard bearing clearances, the same setup that works great for the vast majority of builds.
