Same Proven Formula, Custom Fill Size (5L)

The EPOXY54 formula hasn't changed — it's the same, non-shrinking, 21,000 psi epoxy trusted across performance platforms. What's different is the volume: cast iron V8s can require up to 2L of epoxy per side to properly fill to the main water jacket port, roughly 8x our largest standard kit (540ml). Rather than bundling multiple small kits, we offer these larger fills as a single custom-sized order — more economical and easier to work with for a job this size.

Measure Before You Order

As with any dry block install, we strongly recommend measuring your engine's water jacket volume beforehand. Seal the water ports, fill the jackets with a measured amount of water, and use that volume to determine your required fill — this ensures you order enough the first time.
