1. The kit
A complete 360 kit includes the gated shifter with gate plate and surround, clutch pedal, clutch master cylinder and hydraulic line, shift cables, the gearbox shift selector housing and linkage, and hardware. Our 360 kit is about 95% genuine Ferrari OEM parts.
2. Installation
- DIY: around 40 hours is a commonly reported figure. The clutch line routing and gearbox removal are the hardest parts.
- Your local Ferrari specialist: get a fixed quote. Our free install support covers your installer too.
- EPOXY54 Kit + Install: $23,990 USD total in British Columbia, so installation works out to $9,500.
3. ECU programming
The 360’s engine ECUs need a manual configuration after the conversion. Some sellers charge $1,600 for a programming tool. Remote coding guidance is included free with our kit; hands-on coding is quoted separately.
4. Extras to budget for
- Clutch and throw-out bearing if you’re removing the gearbox and the clutch is worn.
- Gearbox top mount bush, which owners often find worn when the gearbox is out.
- Gear lever bushing if the original is damaged.
- Coolant, since some installers drain the cooling system to route the clutch line.

What a conversion is worth at resale
Hagerty values a manual 360 at one-third to 50% more than an F1 car. Converted cars sell well too: a 1999 360 Modena converted to a 6-speed manual sold for $130,000 in August 2026, against an average of about $85,000 for F1 Modenas (CLASSIC.COM). Read more in Is a 360 manual conversion worth it?
