The BMW N54 has an open-deck aluminum block. EPOXY54 is a two-part epoxy that fills the open deck around the cylinders, giving the bores much more support under high boost, with no machining required.

How to install

1. Fill the block with a temporary solute (sugar or salt).
2. Pour the 2-part epoxy to fill ¾" of the block.
3. Let it cure for 24 hours.
4. Drill the coolant passages to match the head gasket.
5. Dissolve the solute with water, leaving a durable, custom-fit epoxy layer.
